Susan Bauerfeld, PhD, Licensed Clinical Pyschologist, Parenting Consultant/Coach and ADHD Coach

TOPIC/ISSUE:

How unmanaged worried thoughts can hijack the brain’s availability for learning, negatively impact health and well-being and create a lot of family stress.

STRATEGY:

Susan will teach a very practical process for managing worry, help reduce the impact of stress, and increase the brain’s capacity for learning, regulation, and relationship.
